Number 10 is a modern, recently built, semi-detached house on outskirts of Crantock within a fifteen-minute walk to Crantock Beach. The house offers modern living at its best with a large L shaped open plan living space with oak wooden flooring, a downstairs cloakroom, three large bedrooms (one en-suite) and a lovely, bright and modern bathroom with plenty of storage. The house is heated and ventilated by air source heat pump.

The garden has a Southerly aspect and is ideal for enjoying the sun all day. However, if a winter break is more what you are looking for, the log burner in the sitting area is perfect for curling up in front of - adding a real cosiness to the house. Number 10 is an ideal house for active guests.

There is plenty of room in the garden to store surf boards or bicycles - just come in through the side gate. The house has 3 bedrooms and is designed to cater for four people - ideal for a family with children over the age of 5 or for older children who prefer not to share a bedroom. Due to its great location, Number 10 will appeal to those who like to be within a close walking distance from Crantock village's facilities, as well as being just a short drive from all of Cornwall's sporting, leisure and other attractions.

Crantock Beach is also just a short drive or walk from Number 10, making it an excellent spot for surfers and beach lovers. To the rear of Number 10 is an enclosed patio and garden area overlooking farmland, providing the ideal spot for relaxation.


Excellent accommodation, pristine throughout and well maintained
For us Cornwall is the best holiday county in the country, and Crantock village and beach are the best in Cornwall. Cornwall Holiday Cottages are a marvellous option for staying in and around Crantock, always exceeding expectations. Number 10 Tara Vale is a particularly smart property which we frequently return to and is a proper home from home. Cornwall Holiday Cottages went the extra mile for us on this visit. We were due to vacate by 10:00 on Friday morning, but a car breakdown took longer than that to fix. With no-one else booked in for the following week, they said we could remain as long as we wished on the Friday at no extra charge and could then stay for additional nights on a pro rata nightly charge if that became necessary. This took a lot of the stress out of an already stressful situation.
