There is also a family bathroom and shower room. Completing the accommodation is a kitchen, utility, dining room with electric fire, snug with woodburner and a first floor sitting room.
To the outside there is roadside parking for 2 cars on a first come, first served basis with alternative parking in car parks nearby and enclosed lawned gardens with patio, furniture and barbecue. Pretoria is an excellent cottage for families or friends looking for a seaside break in this glorious region of Cornwall.

Pretoria was one of the nicest cottages we have ever stayed in. Everything was of a high standard, very clean, comfortable and amazing views from the upstairs frontroom. Coverack is a great village and the cottage was in a great location; just a stones throw from the sandy beach. Great weather also helped! Highly recommend!
