The property is located close to Port Isaac an idyllic and picturesque fishing harbour and the setting for TV s Doc Martin. With a selection of pubs and restaurants and plenty of fresh food to get stuck I to it s the perfect place to explore and try some true Cornish cuisine. Further afield take the foot ferry from Rock over to Padstow home of gastronomic genius Rick Stein with his delicatessen restaurants and more with many more quaint shops and traditional pubs to discover.

Polzeath beach is easily reached ideal for surfing or walking the dogs in low season whilst there is a lovely farm shop just across from the property for any amenities you need in a hurry. The cosy lounge welcomes you into the home with slate flooring soft furnishings and TV/DVD with a feature inglenook fireplace with open fire to curl up in front of on colder nights. Through to the kitchen/diner there is a large dining table to seat up to six people and an array of equipment in case you choose to eat in comprising of an electric oven and hob stove fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave.

The utility area is useful for storing outdoor clothing and also has a washing machine and microwave. There is a step from the utility room into the wet room which has a shower WC and space to hang wet suits. Also on the ground floor there is one bedroom featuring a king-size four-poster bed.

Up the cottage style stairs there are three further bedrooms one double and two with twin beds one of which has an additional single bed. The bathroom upstairs has vintage décor and WC. Outside the property benefits from an enclosed walled garden with lawned sections and a patio area with garden furniture.

There is private off-road parking for four cars.
