Hill Cottage is a wonderful cottage resting in St Minver, Cornwall and can sleep eight people in four bedrooms in the main house and two people in an external annex with one bedroom.

The property has four bedrooms including a king-size with en-suite walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC, a king-size, a double and a twin. There is a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. On the ground floor there is a cloakroom with basin and WC, as well as kitchen/diner, utility and a sitting room with woodburning stove.

An external open-plan, studio-style annex contains a king-size bed with TV, sofa and en-suite basin and WC. There is central heating and the kitchen features a range cooker, electric hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, whilst the utility hosts a fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. For entertainment there is a Smart TV and WiFi.

Fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included. Outside there is a multi-level rear garden with decking, lawn and furniture. Smoking is not allowed in this property.
