Jolls Ground Barn is a charming, detached cottage in the village of Fivelanes, near to Launceston in Cornwall. The cottage can sleep six people in three bedrooms, which are made up of one king-size double which is zip/link and can be twin on request, one double and one twin and a family bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen, sitting room with woodburning stove and a conservatory with dining area and a games room with table tennis, darts and pool table.
To the outside is ample off road parking and an enclosed lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Set in a stunning location, Jolls Ground Barn, will make a great place to stay at any time of the year.

Well equipped and great location to explore Devon and Cornwall
The location of the cottage is excellent, a couple of minutes off the A30, and it's an excellent base to visit many of the main attractions of the area; Padstow, Tintagel, Bude, Lyford Gorge, and Plymouth are all within 45 minutes-ish drive. The cottage itself is well equipped and has been well thought out and furnished to a high standard. This has to be the best equipped kitchen I've ever come across self catering, which made cooking in it a pleasure. The scones and clotted cream on arrival were a pleasant surprise too! We had a very peaceful and relaxing stay and hope to return soon.

Amazing place
Brilliant holiday cottage, very clean,tidy and very well equipped, we had a warm welcome when we arrived from the house keeper who had thoughtfully provided milk and scones with jam and clotted cream. Extremely child friendly (we have a 2 1/2 year old and a baby) with toys, books and a big garden to run around in.
Also great location with plenty of things to do nearby
