Mmmmmmm
Where do I start..... Steep steps leading down to property. No disabled access. No trays/pans for oven. 1 badly scratched frying pan.A dustpan would be handy so would a hoover. Handle fell off boiler cupboard which owner knew about. Why not fix it. Cobwebs in places. No operating instructions for heated flooring. I know we're in unprecedented times but this property goes beyond basic... Nice view from veranda

2 Hyfield
Stayed here for a week (not all), it was a spacious semi-detached cottage. It was located in the small village of Anthony Torpoint, access was down a farm lane, the turning to it was tricky, you had to keep a careful eye most for cars trucks coming the other way (blind corner on a hill). Parking is outside on the lane, no passing traffic so was okay. Inside it was roomy and bright, but no washing machine which I thought was required essential. The view out the patio doors was cool, you can see the estuary in the distance, sofa is reasonably and tv is a standard size. The bedrooms, unfortunately this is the reason for the 3 stars, the mattresses when slept on were like sleeping in a hammock which did my back no favours, I left on Wednesday afternoon because I refused to have a bad back in the morning. If the owner would change these to ?newer? firmer mattresses, then it would be a 4 out of 5, add a washing machine then it would be a 5 out of 5

What an amazing week my husband and I have just had with our dog. The cottage was superb and had everything we could need and views to die for. We will definitely be returning.

A beautiful home with a view to die for, the photos don't do it justice. The property was a great base to explore from. The underfloor heating was amazing too! It had everything we needed and we would love to visit again.

The views from 2 Hyfield were fabulous and the cottage was very comfortable. It was in a very good location for visiting many sites of interest. We would want to book this again.
