The living areas in the semi-detached holiday home consist of a kitchen/diner, and a living/dining room with an electric fire. The property additionally enjoys shared access to an external games room, as well as an external table tennis room. The bedrooms consist of a double (zip/link, can be twin on request) with a TV and an en-suite, two zip/link doubles with TVs and en-suites, and a ground-floor zip/link double with a TV and an en-suites, along with a cloakroom/utility.

Outside, there is a private rear garden with decking, lawn, hot tub, an outdoor tap for showering dogs, fire pit, barbecue and furniture, and shared grounds with patio, terrace, summerhouse, a children's play area, football pitch and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within less than 1 miles, you'll find a shop, and within 1, a pub and beach. Two well-behaved pets are welcome at the property, however, smoking is not permitted.

A highchair and travel cot are also available. WiFi, fuel, power, a starter pack for the woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the cost. Note: The leisure facilities on-site are shared between the four properties and consist of a full-size snooker table, pool table and dartboard along with gym facilities, sports hall and table tennis room, infra red sauna, along with an indoor heated swimming pool with shower and changing facilities.
