Disgraceful way to treat people
Owner decided to advertise this cottage on another site to the one we had booked on for a higher price, having previously promised to honor our booking. They neglected to tell us that they had double booked/cancelled our booking and we only found out by chance 2 days before we were due to holiday there via the booking website after making numerous attempts to contact the owners.
Absolutely disgraceful way to treat people, a holiday spoilt, time wasted and not so much as an apology from the owners. Book at your own risk.
