The Mizzen is a fantastic cottage resting in Port Isaac in Cornwall and can sleep six people in four bedrooms.
There are four bedrooms: one double, one second-floor double, one single, and one second-floor single. Shower room on the ground floor with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. A second shower room with a walk-in shower, a basin, and a WC.
Open-plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and a sitting area with a multi-fuel stove. The central heating is electric. In the kitchen there is an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and Nespresso machine.
For entertainment there is WiFi and a Smart TV. Fuel and electricity are included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.
Patio and furniture in an enclosed garden. Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed. The shop is less than 1 miles away, the pub is 200 yards away, and the beach is less than 1 miles away.
Please keep in mind that check-in begins at 4:30 pm and ends at 9 am The Mizzen is a lovely setting for an escape to Cornwall.

Brilliant beds
I was disappointed with Sykes Cottages as they automatically took the balance of my holiday payment from my account without my consent despite the fact I had set myself a reminder. I wasn't impressed. Port Isaac is an amazing place to stay but there are very few eating places. The cottage is pretty but the standard wasn't as high as I expected for the price. The car park is a 15minute walk uphill from the cottage. There is no car access to the cottage-horrible in wet weather. The beds were extremely comfortable but the sofa wasn't. The water pressure in both showers was very low, in the kitchen it was fine. There were things missing from the kitchen, no table mats & the table has a plastic cloth, no sieve or colander, no washing up bowl or drainer, only 5 normal sized mugs yet the cottage sleeps 6, no mats in the bedrooms just hard wooden floors & no hanging space in the single bedrooms. My Dad is 83 years old & the cottage does not cater for the elderly.
