A short distance from the fabulous beaches stunning coastline and sheltered coves of the North Cornwall coast. Many traditional fishing villages and quaint seaside towns are within easy reach.
Fun days out can be enjoyed at the local attractions such as Port Isaac Boscastle Padstow Tintagel with its Arthurian legend the Launceston and Bodmin steam railways and many more. A little further afield the likes of the Eden Project Newquay and Land s End are not to be missed. Inside the large open-plan lounge/diner is the hub of this home boasting a vaulted ceiling exposed beams and trusses and a wood burner set against a painted exposed stone wall.
Dine at the long table that sits in sunlight beside the large windows before retreating to the cosy lounge area where a selection of comfortable sofas huddle around the wood burner and Smart TV and DVD player. The galley kitchen is contemporary and bright and includes a double range style oven and hob fridge freezer dishwasher washer/dryer and microwave. There are five bedrooms each retaining this building s original charm through exposed beams.
Two king-size bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms the two twin rooms and the bunk room share a bathroom and a separate shower room with WCs. Outside there is a private enclosed garden with picnic benches and BBQ on request a peaceful spot for spending a long afternoon in the sunshine. In addition guests are able to enjoy the farm s 20 acres of grounds including the secret garden with seating and fire pit as well as the indoor soft play area the outdoor play area and the games room with pool table table tennis and table football.
A highlight for many guests is the opportunity to meet and feed the resident animals. Footpaths lead from the property straight to Bodmin Moor. There is ample off-road parking available.
2 well-behaved dogs welcome more by prior arrangement. Dogs not permitted from 20th July - 31st August 2019 and from 18th July - 29th August 2020. Please note dogs must be kept on a lead at all times in the grounds.
